Conditions of Use
These conditions apply to anyone who reads the V1 Casino pages from 7 October 2026. Clauses are numbered so that each can be cited exactly.
1. Reading the pages
1.1 Status of the text
The pages carry information about V1 Casino prepared by an independent team. Accounts, bets, bonuses and payouts exist only at the casino itself, and the casino’s own terms decide every question about them.
1.2 Age
Readers are expected to be 18 or older. A younger visitor closes the pages.
1.3 Lawfulness for the reader
Whether a particular gambling service may lawfully be used from where the reader is located is for the reader to establish. Nothing written here answers that question.
2. Quoting and linking in
2.1 Quotation
A short extract may be quoted with the page named as its source, for personal or non-commercial purposes.
2.2 Uses that are refused
Bulk copying, republication of whole sections, automated harvesting, and presenting the text as a statement made by the casino are refused.
2.3 Ownership
The wording, structure and layout belong to the editorial team. Brand names, logos and game titles stay with whoever owns them and appear only so the subject can be identified.
3. Relying on figures
3.1 Dated information
Promotions, payment routes and conditions move without notice. Where a figure here differs from what the casino shows in its cashier or offer screen on the day of a deposit, the casino’s screen governs.
3.2 Currency
Amounts are shown in Australian dollars only where a local value has been verified. A missing amount is deliberate, and a reader should not fill the gap with a guess.
3.3 No advice
The text is neither financial, legal nor tax advice, and it promises no result from gambling.
3.4 Limit on responsibility
So far as the law permits, the team accepts no responsibility for losses a reader attributes to these pages or to dealings with any gambling operator. Rights that the Australian Consumer Law gives and that cannot be waived are untouched.
3.5 Other parties
The casino, game studios, payment providers and support lines each run their own services under their own conditions. The team answers for its own wording only, and a reader checks the conditions of any other party before using it.
3.6 Care taken
Pages are prepared with care and compared with what the casino and the other named parties publish. A reader who notices a statement that no longer matches the casino’s own screen is invited to report it under clause 4.1.
4. Writing to the team
4.1 Address and purpose
Corrections, questions about a statement and requests to review a page go to [email protected]. The address does not handle casino accounts, deposits or withdrawals.
4.2 What is sent in
A suggestion or correction may be used to improve the pages without payment or credit to the sender.
4.3 Response
Messages are read in the order received unless they report an error in a figure, which is looked at first. The team replies when a message needs an answer, and it does not promise a reply to every message. Corrections that the team accepts are made without further notice to other readers.
5. Leaving, revision and law
5.1 Restriction of access
Access may be withdrawn where use of the pages breaches these conditions, for example where a reader copies text in bulk or presents it as a statement of the casino. Withdrawal of access does not affect any clause that is meant to continue, such as the limit on responsibility.
5.2 Revision
The conditions may be revised, and the date at the top identifies the current version. Reading on after a revision signals acceptance of it.
5.3 Applicable law
New South Wales law applies to these conditions, and the courts of that state may hear a dispute without excluding any other court that has jurisdiction.
